BUFFALO CHICKEN NACHOS

2 c. SUPER SMOKERS™ Pulled Chicken with Buffalo Sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. blue cheese or ranch dressing
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
Tortilla chips
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped tomato
Additional (if desired) guacamole and salsa cruda

Mix sour cream, blue cheese and diced green chilies together. Spread a single layer of nacho chips on a 14 to 16 inch oven-proof platter (chips can overlap to cover bottom completely). Spoon buffalo chicken and sour cream mixture on top of chips.  Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Add lettuce, chopped tomato, and any additions that are desired. Serve warm.
