CUBAN PORK SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Portuguese roll, split
- 4 OZ. DELI STAR™ Cuban Pork Slicing Log (#00141)
sliced 1/8" thick
- 2 slices Pickle, sliced lengthwise
- 1 slice Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. Mustard
- Vegetable spray or olive oil as needed
DIRECTIONS
- To make each sandwich spread cut side of
roll heel with 1/2 tbsp. mustard. Slice
Cuban Pork Log into 1/8” thick slices. Top
with 4 oz. Cuban Pork, 2 pickle slices and 1
slice Swiss cheese. Spread 1/2 tbsp. mustard
over cheese cover with crown of roll. Spray
or brush both sides of sandwich with oil and
press in a panini or flat grill, until
heated throughout.
