CUBAN PORK SANDWICH




 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Portuguese roll, split
    • 4 OZ. DELI STAR™ Cuban Pork Slicing Log (#00141) sliced 1/8" thick
    • 2 slices Pickle, sliced lengthwise 
    • 1 slice Sliced Swiss Cheese
    • 1/2 tbsp. Mustard
    • Vegetable spray or olive oil as needed

DIRECTIONS

    • To make each sandwich spread cut side of roll heel with 1/2 tbsp. mustard. Slice Cuban Pork Log into 1/8” thick slices. Top with 4 oz. Cuban Pork, 2 pickle slices and 1 slice Swiss cheese. Spread 1/2 tbsp. mustard over cheese cover with crown of roll. Spray or brush both sides of sandwich with oil and press in a panini or flat grill, until heated throughout.
