4 OZ. DELI STAR™ Roast Beef Slicing Log (#04335) sliced as thin as possible
¼ cup Rinsed, drained sauerkraut
2 slices Sliced Muenster cheese
1 tbsp. Black olive spread
Vegetable spray or olive oil
DIRECTIONS
For each sandwich spread cut sides of ciabatta roll and spread with 1/2 tbsp. Dijon each. Slice Roast Beef as thin as possible. Arrange 4 oz. roast beef over heel of roll and top with 1/4 cup sauerkraut and 2 slices cheese. Spread cheese with 1 tbsp. olive spread, cover with crown of roll, and spray or brush both sides of rolls with oil. Press sandwich on a flat or panini grill until cheese has melted. Cut diagonally.
