                               2.) Zia's Italian Beef Stuffed Sandwich

Zia's Italian Beef and Noodles

        Ingredients:

          1 - 26 oz. package Zia's Italian Style Broth and Premium Sliced Beef

          1 Tbsp. olive oil

          1 medium onion, thinly sliced

          2 C. mushrooms, rinsed and sliced

          1 C. cherry tomatoes

          2 C. egg noodles, uncooked

          Grated parmesan cheese

          Fresh chopped Italian parsley

 

        Directions:

 

        In a large skillet, over medium-high heat sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil just until tender.

        Add cherry tomatoes and heat through, remove from heat.

 

        Cook pasta according to package directions.

 

        Heat Zia's Italian Style Broth and Premium Sliced Beef according to package directions. Carefully

        mix Zia's with onion, mushroom, and tomato mixture. If necessary, put back over low heat until

        everything is evenly heated through.

      

        Serve over pasta, sprinkle parmesan and parsley on top for extra flavor and enjoy!

         

           Serves 8.

Zia's Italian Beef Stuffed Sandwich

 

       Ingredients:

 

          1 - 26 oz. package Zia's Italian Style Broth and Premium Sliced Beef, beef and broth separated

          1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

          1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

          1 C. provolone cheese, shredded

          1 - 13.8 oz. package uncooked pizza crust

          3 Tbsp. butter, melted

          Garlic salt, to taste

          Array of chopped peppers, (sweet, spicy, or a combination)

 

        Directions:

 

          In large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese, until mixed evenly through,

          set aside.

 

          Roll out uncooked pizza crust (about 1/2" thick), cut into 6 squares. Fill each square with equal amounts

          of Zia's Italian Beef, cheese mixture, and peppers, leaving space on edges of crust to seal dough.

          Seal each square by folding into triangles and pinching edges together. Fold edges under the pastry and 

          place on cooking sheet, seal side down.

 

          Using a pastry brush, lightly brush tops of triangles with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt; bake

          according to pizza crust package.

 

          Heat Zia's Seasoned Broth on stove-top or in microwave until warm. Serve stuffed sandwich

          warm with warm broth to dip in.

 

          To spice up this recipe add your favorite Giardiniera to the inside of your sandwich before baking!

Zia's Italian Beef Pizza

 

        Ingredients:

         

          1 - 26 oz. package of Zia's Italian Style Broth and Premium Sliced Beef, beef and broth separated

          1 - 13.8 oz. package of uncooked pizza dough

          3/4 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

          3/4 C. provolone cheese shredded

          1 jar pizza sauce

          Array of peppers (sweet, spicy, or combination)

          Optional - Fresh Italian herbs (parsley, oregano, basil)

 

        Directions:

 

          Roll out pizza crust, about 1/4" thick. Spread pizza sauce on dough, covering with as much or little

          as you desire. Evenly spread slices of Zia's Italian Beef over sauce, add peppers and cheeses.

         

          Bake according to directions on pizza crust packaging.

 

          Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped Italian herbs. Cut into wedges, and serve!
