Meat Basics™ diced meats from Deli Star are perfect for soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza toppings, stir-fry, fajitas and many more dishes.  Low in fat and sodium, this high-protein product provides boneless, skinless, premium meat with great taste to food manufacturers.

 

All-natural chickens breasts, are diced 1” x 1”, vacuum packaged, and post-pasteurized for optimum shelf-life and food safety. The boneless, skinless chicken breasts are visually inspected to make certain that the meat is free from excessive fat, bone, gristle, and skin. This product is produced for the unique needs of salad-makers and other further processors.

 
 

Delicious diced chicken breasts and chicken thighs are seasoned with Mexican spices, vacuum packaged and post-pasteurized for optimum shelf-life and food safety. The boneless, skinless chicken breasts are visually inspected to guarantee that the fajita meat is free from excessive fat, bone, gristle, and skin. 

 
   

Beef is diced at machine settings of ½” x ½” x ¼” and vacuum packaged with cook-in film before being steam cooked to an internal temperature of greater than 160°F. This quality product offers pieces which are easily separated for further processing or food service purposes. Special attention is given to ensure the uniformity of the size of the individual pieces, which are packed in 15 lb. pouches.

 
   

Turkey breasts are uniformly diced by machine and vacuum packaged with cook-in film to capture the natural juices and taste of the poultry for food processing or food service markets. The boneless, skinless turkey breasts are visually inspected to make certain that the meat is free from excessive fat, bone, gristle, skin, and other extraneous material prior to dicing to minimize purge and fat.
