Deli Star's comprehensive line of meat products are produced at the state-of-the-art meat processing facility located in Fayetteville, Illinois, just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to producing exceptional meat products for further food processing, Deli Star packs a variety of retail items which are widely distributed by supermarket chains.
A USDA inspected facility; Deli Star has over 60,000 sq feet. With a $2.5 million expansion complete in the fall of 2011, Deli Star can produce over 500,000 pounds of product a week.
