Moist whole turkey breasts,
seasoned with gourmet spices and available with
customized browned casings, are
tightly packed and oven roasted to provide an
upscale appearance and texture. The superior

sandwich makers’ premium product lines.
Whole chicken breast is mixed with a mild chicken breast flavor lightly seasoned with salt and oven cooked under vacuum. The proprietary casing provides an attractive brown surface color for a “just from the oven” appearance without the need for additional ingredients. Each uniform log is molded to a 3 ½ inch cross section.
Selected U.S.D.A. choice lean cuts of beef are seasoned with a balanced blend of natural flavors, such as onion, carrot and celery, with a beefy note. This premium slicing log has only 10% added ingredients and larger pieces of whole muscle are visible throughout for superior texture and tenderness. The exterior of the log is caramel colored to give an “oven-cooked” appearance.
