Deli Star’s Fayette Farms™ Post-Pasteurized Salads are made using our innovative post-pasteurized production technique to extend shelf-life while ensuring food safety for our customers.
The ingredients and texture of these protein salads were specifically developed to facilitate
sandwich production.

   

Hard-boiled eggs are diced and combined with a sweet salad dressing, fresh celery and spices to create a full-flavored sandwich filling. The egg salad is steam pasteurized in its packaging to extend shelf-life and guarantee that it is free of harmful bacteria. Like all Fayette Farms™ salads, this product is designed to withstand freeze/thaw cycles. This product contains egg, soy and wheat ingredients.

 
   

Fully cooked, diced chicken breast combined with tangy salad dressing, celery and sweet pickle relish to create a delicious and attractive chicken salad for sandwich makers. The tartness of the zesty salad dressing is minimized to allow the taste of the whole muscle texture of the chicken breast to dominate and balance the flavor of the sandwich. This product contains soy, egg and wheat ingredients.

 
   

Chunk light tuna fish is mixed with a tangy salad dressing, crisp celery, sweet pickle relish and diced pimiento to create a creamy, tuna salad sandwich filling with a tender bite. This full-flavored salad is steam pasteurized in its package to ensure shelf life and product safety. This product contains fish, soy, egg and wheat ingredients.
