                             1. Super Smokers BBQ Beef Quesadillas

Super Smokers BBQ Beef Quesadillas

 

        Ingredients:

         

          1 1/2 C. Super Smokers BBQ Sauce with Shredded Beef

          3 medium bell peppers, multi-colored

          1 Tbsp. olive oil

          Ranch dressing

          8 - 8 in. flour tortillas

          3/4 C. colby-jack cheese, shredded

          Non-stick cooking spray

 

       Directions:

 

          Sauté peppers in olive oil until tender. Layer Super Smokers BBQ Sauce with Shredded Beef,

          cooked peppers, and cheese evenly on 1 side of 4 tortillas, and cover with remaining tortillas.

          Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray, and grill each quesadilla over medium heat on each

          side until golden and cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve with ranch dressing.

Super Smokers BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

 

        Ingredients:

 

         

2 ½ cups Super Smokers Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce

1 - 13.8 oz. uncooked pizza crust

½ small red onion, chopped

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded

            1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

 

        Directions:

 

          Roll out pizza crust (about ½ inch thick) onto a baking sheet. Evenly spread Super Smokers

          Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce onto the pizza crust. Evenly layer onion and green pepper around

          BBQ pork. Top with cheeses. Bake according to pizza crust directions.

Super Smokers Buffalo Chicken Dip

 

        Ingredients:

 

          2 1/2 C. SUPER SMOKERS™ Pulled Chicken with Buffalo Sauce
          1 - 8oz. package of cream cheese
          1/2 C. bleu cheese or ranch dressing
          1/2 C. bleu cheese crumbles or shredded monterey jack cheese

 

        Directions:

 

          Heat oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese in microwaveable deep 9" pie pan. Microwave

          ON HIGH for 1 minute to soften. Whisk in salad dressing and cheese until smooth. Stir in

          SUPER SMOKERS™ Pulled Chicken with Buffalo Sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture in

          heated through; remove from oven and stir. Garnish with red and green peppers. Serve warm

          with crackers, pita chips, nacho chips, or veggies.

 

       Microwave Directions:  Prepare as above. Microwave on high, for 5 minutes, stirring half-way through

          cooking.

 

        Party Buffet Tip: To keep guests happy, keep Super Smokers Buffalo Chicken Dip hot in small crock

          pot or fondue pot.
